The Seychelles comprises 115 islands in the western Indian Ocean close to the equator. The main island of Mahe and neighbouring Praslin are home to the majority of the country’s hotels.
Many luxury resorts can be found here, some on their own private islands. Gorgeous, white sand beaches, calm turquoise seas and exotic wildlife abound. World-class hotels in breathtaking locations are a given.
Seychelles is a year-round destination with temperatures rarely dropping below 24ºC or going above 32ºC. December to April are generally the warmest months and also the most humid.
Most flights from UK to Seychelles (Mahe Island) go indirect via Dubai or Abu Dhabi, a major transport hub for onwards flights to the Indian Ocean.
