As with most Caribbean islands, Cuba is warm all year but the best time to visit is in the winter months of December to April. Despite being a little cooler, rainfall is also lower in this season.
Thomas Cook Airlines fly twice a week from Manchester to Varadero in the peak seasons but there are plenty of indirect alternatives year-round from the UK to Cuba, usually into and out of Havana.
